A program that is exclusive for MMM members, and comprises services focused on reinforcing the optimal care of health, from a comprehensive approach: preventive, chronic and acute.
This service is offered through MMM Support, to help you keep your kidney health at its best possible condition. Participation is voluntary and complimentary for MMM members who require special kidney healthcare.

A team of nurses, social workers, and care coordination specialists that will work with you, your dialysis center and physicians
Nutrition
We share useful tips, so you can identify what kinds of food are the most appropriate for your renal health.
Education
We help you to understand the chronic kidney disease and its stages, in order to make well informed decisions
In addition, we help you schedule your medical or dialysis appointments. We answer your questions on symptoms you are experiencing, your treatment or prescription options. Even more, we help you to get two-way transportation to and from dialysis.
