How do you request these services?
For your peace of mind and convenience, you can request roadside assistance services from MMM Mobile app.
¹ The vehicle must be 15 years old or newer. ² Repair of appliances, such as refrigerators and stoves: one event per semester, covered up to $200 per event. The benefit does not cover parts, only labor. Other services: $300 per event for roadside assistance and/or minor home repairs. Limits and restrictions may apply. ³ Limited to basic fumigation for ants and cockroaches, covering the home’s interior and exterior (separate events). One (1) event per semester; two (2) per year.
Up to 12 services, $300 per event for roadside assistance and some In-Home minor repairs. $200 per event for appliances repair services (2 per year). Handyman services (1 per year). Pest control and A/C cleaning services (2 per year). Limits and restrictions may apply. Service must be coordinated through the plan’s contracted vendor. The benefits mentioned are Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI). You may qualify for SSBCI if you have a high risk for hospitalization and require intensive care coordination to manage chronic conditions such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, cardiovascular disorders and peripheral vascular disease.
